£16 - £18 / hour depending on experience, good over time rates & bi-annual performance related bonus scheme.
We are looking to recruit a resin floor layer competent at laying heavy duty polyurethane & epoxy resin screeds, resin seal coats & coved skirtings to a high standard.
Main Duties:
Managing a team
Organising & running job sites
Ensuring vans are loaded wit materials & equipment for projects
Liaising with clients / site managers on project progress
Liaising with office staff about supplies & materials
Maintaining correct product coverage rates
The successful candidate will be / have:
Experience in installing various resin flooring systems – most notably heavy duty polyurethane screeds.
Able to work as a team or individual
Good people skills
Enthusiastic
Good attention to detail
Flexible & willing to travel at short notice (if needed)
Available to work out of normal hours
Full UK driving license
CSCS Card
